Fees
1. $5.10 per hour for children 3 years to 12 years.
2. $5.35 per hour for children 2 years to 3 years.
3. $5.75 per hour for children 2 months to 2 years.
4. $3.85 per hour for siblings 3 years to 12 years.
5. $2.00 service charge per beeper per visit.
6. One coupon per family per day on all visits.
7. 2 hour minimum for all coupons. (Coupons will be applied to lowest rate.)

Time Limits
1. No minimum time stay required. Except for all coupons.)
2. 10 hour maximum stay per day.
3. 2 hour minimum for all coupons.
4. Drop-in 2-1/2 years and older, first come to capacity.
5. Limited reservations for children 2 months - 2-1/2 years.
6. Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the reservation to avoid a $10 fee. To cancel after hours, just leave a message with our answering service.
7. Information given out on phone to designated people only.
8. Your child will only be released to person specified at time of check in.

Payment Policy (at end of visit)
1. Cash at time of check out ($15.00 fee if not paid at time of check out.)
2. Discover, MasterCard, Visa ($10.00 minimum).
3. Checks accepted from local banks only ($10.00 minimum).
4. If pager is lost, client (parent) is responsible for $150.00 replacement and service charge.
5. No refunds on gift certificates.
6. Savings plans available for frequent users.

MY PLACE may be closed on certain family holidays. These dates will be posted in advance.
